POLICIES

For your first appointment

  • Please arrive 10-minutes prior to your first appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out appropriate consent forms, enjoy a glass of infused water and ask question prior to your treatment.

  • Please do not arrive more than 10-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. To prevent interruption during services, my door is kept locked during treatment. For this reason I ask that you not arrive more than 10-minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment at which time the door will be unlocked.

  • Do not receive Botox within 24-hours of your appointment (you may receive Botox following your treatment)

  • Do not receive Fillers (7-days prior)

  • Do not use depilatories, wax epilate or sugar your face prior to your treatment

  • If receiving any of the Peels, derma disc or nano fill discontinue use of Retinols and Glycolics 7-days prior to your tteatment date.

Arrival following your first appointment

Please always arrive 5-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow for time to enjoy a glass of infused water or a cup of tea, use the restroom and turn off your cell phone so you can relax during treatment.

Late Arrival

One late Client can throw an entire day off schedule. For this reason, please be aware that should you arrive late, your service may be shortened in order to accomodate my next Client on time.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

I value your business and appreciate your cooperation with my cancellation policy. Please respect my scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. You can do via phone, text or email.  This allows me the opportunity to fill vacated appointment time. In event I do not receive the required notice, a Late Cancellation Fee may apply. Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving 24-hour notice, I miss the opportunity to fill your vacated time and Clients on my Wait List miss the oppportunity to receive services, Thank you in advance for respecting my time and time of others by adhering to this policy.

No Show

If you do not Call, Text or Arrive within 15-minutes of your scheduled appointment time you are considered a "No Show". When you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, I not only lose your business for that time, I also lose potential business of other Clients who could have scheduled. Your treatment time is reserved especiallly for you. I am reachable by phone, email and text to cancel/reshedule. Should you No Show for an appointment, you may be billed the full amount of the missed service, and/or asked to pay in advance for the future services.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in the original packaging, unused and returned with-in 7 days from purchase date.
